Well done to year 7 Beth Symonds who took her place in the East Wales Team at the British XC challenge championships in Loughborough on Saturday.
This is a National event and a big step up for Beth who had to dig deep in the mud and cold.
She battled her way over a very tough 3km course against 330 of the UKs best U13 runners.
A really gutsy run, well done.
